We work for student development. We encourage the growth of each individual, in order that every student will understand and utilize his/her unique, god given gifts and abilities.
We focus on holistic education, we design and plan a course, teach and support learning in discipline and asses students learning achievements.
I believe that teaching must focus on concept formation and theory-building, but this is possible only if teachers are given the liberty to go beyond the boundaries of syllabi. Simultaneously, it is must to promote a sense of inquiry innate in every child while encouraging their power of observation and analysis and helping their creativity to blossom.
